    YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: • Develop robust regulatory strategies for sustainability of portfolio and to maximize opportunities on innovation. • To be responsible for continuous improvement in the area to ensure infrastructure to optimize work execution and compliance with legislations and internal procedures. • Representing Regulatory Affairs with suitable expertise in the development of projects, providing elements for decision making, enforcing and development of projects in compliance with Brazilian regulations and aligned with Bayer expectations; • Map intersections and bring to a common ground supportting and promoting collaborations among all departments - such as business, supply, market access, medical and commercial; • Promote a collaborative enviroment accross the Regulatory team; • Mantain a robust Regulatory Intelligence process for follow up applicable legislations, supporting strategies to implement new requirements assuring compliance; • Lead advocacy activities acrosss Trade associations and ANVISA looking for the modernization of requirements and alignment with International Guidelines; ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION? • Bachelor degree in Pharmacy; • Fluent English and Portuguese. Spanish is desirable; • Strong previous experience in pharmaceutical industry, working in Regulatory Affairs with medicines; • Extensive knowledge about sanitary regulations and guidance documents, and procedures in product development and maintenance • Leadership skills; • Able to work within a global team framework and multi-cultural environment, and to build up professional relationships and networks; • Able to work in a complex and changing environment; • Being open-minded and challenging the status quo; • Excellent oral and written communication skills; • Location: São Paulo/SP.
